Note: Why not surprise your loved ones or amazing Team with a unique experience: bring them together for a memorable and mesmerizing gong bath! This service is also available to friends, families and Team who wish to experience one of my Sacred Sound Baths in the privacy of their group.

You and your group will receive a fully customised gong bath meditation aka Sacred Sound Bath. By tuning into your group’s personal energy, I will intuitively weave together an alchemy of sounds, using a unique combination of gongs, singing bowls, shamanic drum, flutes, chimes and more. I will set the intention to support each and every participant in the highest and best way so that their personal intentions/goals/desired outcomes are actualized with ease and grace.

Our Sacred Sound Baths can be organized especially for you, at a time & date that suits you best, provided I have availability.

Schedule

This is a proposed timing of a Sacred Sound Bath for your group:
- 10-15 minutes introduction for those who are new to Sound Healing (or new to how we do it)
- 60 or 90 minutes Sacred Sound Bath
- 45 minutes sharing tea + Q&A session

(*) This means you can choose between a 2-hour session or a 2,5-hour session, depending on your time, your budget, and how deep you invite your participants to go. Want to go deeper? This is fully customizable, let’s connect.

Logistically, kindly take into account that we need:
- 90 min. to set up the room prior to the actual sound bath starting (with no participants in the room)
- 45 min. to clear up space after the participants have left

Timing

We recommend holding the Sacred Sound Bath either at the very start of your retreat - to set the intention in a very personal and powerful way, all the while unifying the group, or, at the very end of your retreat for optimal integration of the many breakthroughs and insights each person will have had. And why not do both?

The Venue

For private group sessions, we offer two options:
1. we come to your location (your retreat center, private villa, hotel/resort,…)
2. we choose a venue together and hold the event there (this involves an extra cost for the rental of the venue)

Kindly note that not every venue is suitable for sound healing. So, what makes a venue suitable for us?
- good acoustics (Kate will test that for you)
- easy and direct access by car (transportation of the instruments), with as little stairs as possible
- a clear, spacious space yet enclosed (windows/walls) since a wide open space is not as conducive for Sound Healing
- as quiet as possible
- a private space so your group can stay in its own intimate ‘bubble’
- the venue must provide yoga mats or mattresses, bolsters, pillows as well as blankets or a sarong
- the possibility to make and serve tea

Please note that we will need to visit your venue prior to confirming feasibility of the event.

Your investment:

For private groups (with a minimum of 4 guests), and based on a two-hour session, as per the schedule mentioned above, which includes one full hour of gong meditation:

A 2-hour session (60-minute gong bath):
- Group of 4:  150 USD 
- Groups up to 8 guests: 275 USD
- Group of up to 15 guests: 485 USD

A 2,5-hour session (90-minute gong bath):
- Group of 4:  250 USD 
- Groups up to 8 guests: 395 USD
- Group of up to 15 guests: 650 USD

Our prices include:
- full 60- or 90-minute performance by Kate
- transport to/from the venue of all the instruments in and around Ubud, Bali
- all instruments needed for the performance
- pre- and aftercare recommendations for your guests (sent by email)
- a beautiful flower mandala set up in the room to welcome your guests in pure Balinese tradition

Our prices exclude:
- rental of space and equipment
- tea and snacks for guests
- your own markup
- extra charge for transportation if your venue is located outside of the Ubud area

Optional Add-on: Get your souvenir T-shirt!
- a souvenir “Go Get Gonged!” T-shirt for each participant for a price of 12,00 USD per T-shirt

Kindly note that Kate comes with her own fully legal Kitas/work permit.

If your group holds more participants than the initial group size agreed upon, prices will be adjusted accordingly. We do not offer any refunds if your group holds fewer participants than the initial group size agreed upon.

Payment

- 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking (PayPal, Stripe or cash)
- balance paid in full one week prior to the event (PayPal, Stripe or cash)
