I liked that it was not a masse sound healing, but a small setting with around 15 participants in the room. I thought Kate was very professional and you could hear that she has a lot of experience. The acoustics were good! Many different instruments were played. The vibration of the gong was very powerful. I’ve attended several sound baths in Los Angeles and at The Pyramids of Chi, but this is my favorite. If you’ve never experienced one before, it’s like getting a massage, except instead of being touched by a person, you are “massaged” and soothed by the sound vibrations.
