I have the great pleasure to present to you a brand new Sonic Tonic, to help facilitate your optimal wellbeing!
This one was created with the intention to help counteract the effects of Insomnia. The goal is to balance the body, mind, and spirit, and induce the relaxation response (parasympathetic state), preparing the body for the ultimate goal of obtaining deep, quality sleep.
The recording starts with me giving a short briefing on the best way to experience this particular Sacred Sound Bath for Insomnia. After which I let my instruments express their magical harmonic in support for you.
It is my hope that you find this Sacred Sound Bath helps you reset your sleep cycles and find restorative, quality sleep easily.

For those listening prior to bed and who fall asleep after listening or during the sound bath, then that’s great! Go for it! The following tips can be taken into account when you wake later on/in the morning.
For those who doze off and then ‘come back’ at the end of the recording and plan to get up a little while after listening.
Then please consider the following before getting up:
- Slowly take your time coming back. Enjoy your reflections of the experience and any new sensations you may feel before getting up.
- Gentle stretching is encouraged after listening.
- Drink plenty of water.
- After listening you may feel like resting longer (especially with this particular sound bath). This is normal with any sound bath and is an important part of the integration process.
- There’s a vibrational adjustment and energetic reorganization that occurs during and after listening. So tune-in to your body and take care of what it needs.
- The sound vibrations have put energy into motion, so you may notice shifts in energy and changes even in the days following your listening session. Mindfully ride the wave and be kind and gentle with yourself.
