Here are some post-Sound Bath self-care tips and helpful information:
- Slowly take your time coming back
- Enjoy your reflections of the experience and any new sensations you may feel before getting up
- Gentle stretching is encouraged after listening
- Drink plenty of water
- After listening you may feel like resting; this is normal, and an important part of the integration process
- There’s a vibrational adjustment and reorganization both during and after listening.
So tune-in to your body and what it needs post-listening.
